Questions about billing
What counts as an offer letter?
Each offer you send to a candidate counts once, however many versions you draft before sending. Duplicates and re-offers after a decline count as new letters.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing date.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Start free, send your first letters, and pick a plan when your team is ready. No card needed to start.
Do you store signed documents?
Every generated and signed PDF is stored with its version and a SHA-256 hash, on every plan, for as long as your account exists.
Which HR systems can I connect?
BambooHR, Rippling, Gusto, Workday, ADP, HiBob, Personio and Paylocity directly, or many more at once through Merge or Finch. Growing Business and Organization plans include the API connections.
What does “removes branding” mean?
On Growing Business and Organization, the ‘Powered by We Want You’ line is removed from candidate pages and letters.
